This policy explains how Three Stripes Digital (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information on this page and through the free ranking check.

What we collect

• Information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, firm website URL, booking details, and answers you provide when scheduling.
• Information collected automatically: your IP address, approximate city/region/postal code/country, browser and device information, page URL, advertising click identifiers, and Meta pixel/cookie identifiers.

How we use it

• To run your free ranking check (your website’s domain is submitted to our ranking-data provider, DataForSEO, to retrieve its public Google ranking positions).
• To contact you about your results and our services by phone, text message (SMS), and email. By submitting the form you consent to this contact. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on any call or email.
• To confirm, administer, and follow up on a booked call, including transactional email and SMS.
• To measure advertising and funnel performance, deduplicate conversion events, and operate, secure, and improve this page (for example, rate-limiting abusive traffic).

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not request or receive access to your website, logins, or analytics as part of the free check.

Who we share it with

We disclose data only as needed to service providers that operate this funnel: Cloudflare (hosting, security, and lead storage), DataForSEO (ranking data; receives your website domain), Slack (internal lead notifications), Kit (email subscriber management and follow-up), Calendly (booking), Roezan (SMS delivery), PostHog (usage analytics and masked session recordings), and Meta (advertising measurement and conversion matching). These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Advertising and browser storage

The funnel loads the browser-based Meta Pixel and creates or reads advertising identifiers, including Meta pixel and cookie identifiers. We use local storage for the external measurement ID and session storage to preserve your progress through the funnel. If you submit the form, we may also send disclosed conversion events to Meta to measure the funnel.

We use PostHog to measure visits, video playback, form progress and browser booking confirmations, and to replay interactions with this landing page. Random session identifiers and campaign, ad set and ad IDs help us understand which ads bring engaged visits. Form inputs and personal result details are masked in recordings. We do not send form answers or lead access tokens to PostHog. This tracking honors Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals. Our previous custom browser tracker is disabled.

How long we keep it

Lead, booking, and communication records are retained only while reasonably needed to provide and improve the service, meet legal or operational obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed, and delete them sooner upon a verified request where required.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing bilal@threestripesdigital.ca.
